Review of lunch and dinner at Umiyaji Mundra
Hotel Umiyaji was recently established in the
year 2017 and became quickly popular in Mundra for offering a Kathiyawadi Gujarati
Thali at a very cheap price of Rs. 100/- .
In the last few months the rates in Umiyaji dining hall Mundra, have
fluctuated from Rs.100/- to Rs. 120/- for one unlimited Kathiawadi Gujarati
Thali. These rates are if you sit in the air conditioned dining hall, whereas if
you sit in the non air conditioned hall, the rate is just Rs. 80/-.
I had been to this Umiyaji hotel / Umiyaji
dining hall couple of times with my family soon after it was established and
had a great food experience enjoying the most tasty and palatable Kathiawadi / Kathiyawadi varieties.
But recently in the last month, when my
family was out of the town for a few days, ie. Between 9th Feb
2018 and 16th Feb 2018, I went to hotel Umiyaji three times, once for lunch and twice for dinner.
This time I realized that hotel Umiyaji was
the best and cheapest option to satisfy all your gastronomical cravings, and
thought of writing and publishing a review of my experience. I clicked some
photographs which you can see here.
Among
the Mundra hotels, the most important reasons to choose Umiyaji hotel for food
are viz. the cleanliness, hygiene and good ambiance, and all this at a
reasonable and affordable price. Moreover, you can also visit Umiyaji with your family and
friends without any hesitation. The hotel is always full of guests. There is also a good and sufficient free
parking space for your vehicle eg. Four wheeler or two wheeler. All these make
Umiyaji a best choice for your lunch or dinner.
When you enter the Umiyaji dining hall, just
occupy your seat and the waiters will start serving various food varieties.
The preparation is Kathiawadi style and taste
and the varieties include viz. Dal, Kadhi, Roti, four different sabjis, green
salad, fresh fried green chilies, pickle, tomato sauce, chutney, farsan, sweet
dish, rice, khichadi and butter milk, and all these varieties are unlimited.
The service in Umiyaji dining hall has always
been very quick, and waiters and the restaurant Manager take proper care of
the guests in serving food, and make sure they have a hearty meal and go fully
satisfied.
I assign the best ranking to Umiyaji hotel, and
would also recommend everyone to visit Umiyaji and enjoy great taste of
Kathiawadi Gujarati Thali.
You could be staying in some hotel in Mundra being
on a leisure trip or an official business trip, or you could be just going to
pass through Mundra, but in any case, do not forget to enjoy the Kathiawadi / Kathiyawadi lunch or dinner in
Umiyaji.
